Of course, strict diets are never the answer. However, you could introduce some gradual changes to your everyday meals. For example, add more fruits and veggies since these are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. On the other hand, take it easy on the saturated fats. Moreover, omega 3 fatty acids can really improve your overall health as well as the look of your skin, hair and nails. In that respect, nuts, seeds and fish are perfect choices for your diet. At the same time, try to cut down on your consumption of alcohol. Don’t worry – a glass of red wine from time to time is actually good for you.

    1.Brisk walking is the best exercise
    2.STOP having sugar in tea, coffee, yogurt etc. Sugar is worst than cocaine
    3.Cut carbs from your diet.
    4.Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber.
    5.Drink lots of water every day.
    6.Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating.

I couldn’t agree more with what you said about excercise and eating etc. I think that a lot of people over think and complicate getting up and doing physical activities and people need to be smart about what they eat but don’t over complicate it.
