    This are some great tips you have shared here! Also, making small changes to your everyday life can also improve your overall health conditions & they are as follows-
    1.Brisk walking is the best exercise
    2.STOP having sugar in tea, coffee, yogurt etc. Sugar is worst than cocaine
    3.Cut carbs from your diet.
    4.Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber.
    5.Drink lots of water every day.
    6.Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating.

    These tips are quite helpful…but for overall girls beauty hair also one of the most important to care…proper nutrition and diet will relly helpful for shiny hair…can you please post an article about hair care or if you already posted then can you share link please.
